By accessing or using 1800vine.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes your acceptance of any updates to these terms.

2. Who Operates This Site

This Site is operated by Great Grand Wonderful, Inc. ("GGW"), a California corporation that manages the event venue located at 1800 Vine St., Los Angeles, CA 90028, on behalf of the property owners. GGW is a separate legal entity from We Are Huckleberry, Inc. References to "we," "us," or "our" in these terms refer to GGW.

3. Use of This Site

This Site is provided for informational and inquiry purposes only. You may use the Site to learn about the venue, explore pricing estimates, and submit inquiries. You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract content from the Site for commercial purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its related systems
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form on the Site
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, images, graphics, logos, and design elements, is owned by or licensed to GGW and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Site content without prior written permission from GGW.

5. Contact Form and Communications

Submitting an inquiry through the contact form on this Site does not constitute a reservation, hold, or booking of any kind. No date is reserved or held on your behalf until a Venue Agreement has been fully executed by both parties and a deposit has been received by GGW.

GGW will make reasonable efforts to respond to inquiries in a timely manner, but does not guarantee a response time or the availability of any particular date.

6. SMS Terms

GGW may send SMS messages to phone numbers you provide in connection with your inquiry or booking. All SMS communications are strictly transactional: booking confirmations, venue access codes, inquiry follow-ups, and post-booking messages. GGW does not send promotional or marketing text messages.

By texting our number at (424) 655-2357, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages from GGW. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and booking activity.

To stop receiving messages, reply STOP at any time. For help, reply HELP or contact us at privacy@greatgrandwonderful.com. Standard carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Third-Party Links

This Site may contain links to third-party websites. Those links are provided for convenience only. GGW has no control over the content or practices of third-party sites and is not responsible for their privacy policies, terms, or content. Accessing any third-party site is at your own risk.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

This Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. GGW does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. GGW does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any content on the Site.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GGW and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, this Site or its content. GGW's total liability for any claim arising out of your use of the Site shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In those jurisdictions, the above limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Events and Alcohol

Events held at 1800 Vine St. are organized and operated by individual clients under executed Venue Agreements. Some events include alcohol service at the client's discretion; others do not. Clients are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations, including California ABC regulations, in connection with their events. GGW reviews and vets clients through its contracting process but is not the ABC licensee for any event.

Nothing on this Site constitutes a representation that alcohol will or will not be served at any particular event.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

12. Changes to These Terms

GGW may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
