A curated outdoor patio directly on Vine Street in the heart of Hollywood. Lush landscaping, lounge seating, communal tables, and cantilever umbrella shading make this an intimate setting for private gatherings, brand activations, and al fresco events.

CAPACITY

Up to 600 guests. Configuration varies based on furniture setup and event type.

ACCESS

Direct street-level entry from Vine Street. Also accessible through the building lobby. The Vine St. Patio can be booked at a bundled rate with the Theater, or for much larger events can be booked together with the Main Room and the Yucca St. Patio.

FURNISHINGS

Depending upon availability, round white pedestal tables with black chairs, communal rectangular tables, wooden-framed lounge sofas with black cushions, wire accent chairs, and large black cantilever umbrellas throughout.

GREENERY

Tall bamboo, agave, succulents, ornamental grasses, and palm planters throughout the patio. The landscaping creates a lush, private feel despite being street-facing.

A city sanctuary in the heart of Hollywood. Behind walls and tall greenery, the Vine St. Patio becomes an oasis for your event, tucked away from the street while remaining steps from everything.

LAYOUT

The Vine St. Patio is broken into two distinct sections. The first is directly off Vine Street, accessible through a private gate next to the Theater. A breezeway connects you to the second section: a bamboo-lined sanctuary that can be transformed into a private, twinkle-lit retreat for your event.

FAQS

Yes. The Vine St. Patio is fully outdoor with cantilever umbrella shading available throughout. Clients are responsible for weather contingency planning. Our team can advise on cancellation terms at the time of booking.

Outside catering is welcome. Your vendor must be approved by the venue rep and provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI). A cleaning fee of $175 will be assessed if the space is not cleaned up upon departure, confirmed during a post-event walk-through.

Yes. The fee is nominal and you can book it through eventhelper.com, which many of our guests use. Your venue rep will advise on who needs to be added to the Certificate of Insurance (COI).

Yes. The Vine St. Patio pairs naturally with the Theater for productions and screenings, or with the Main Floor for full day events where the patio is included in the day rate. Ask your venue rep about bundle options for your event.

We provide a 15-minute grace period before and after your booking window. Any time beyond that is prorated in 15-minute increments.

A credit card on file is required for all bookings. Depending on the nature and scale of your event, a defined security deposit amount will be determined and communicated before booking is confirmed.

Parking is coordinated through Proper Parking on your behalf. Availability is subject to Proper Parking's discretion on each event date. To arrange parking for your guests or vendors, let your venue rep know at the time of booking. For full details, see our Parking Information guide.
