An open-air rooftop terrace in the heart of Hollywood featuring panoramic views of the Hollywood Hills, Capitol Records, and the city skyline. With rose mural art, louvered pergola shading, succulent garden beds, and lounge seating, this is one of the most distinctive outdoor event spaces in Los Angeles.

CAPACITY

Up to 225 people. Setup varies based on event type, furniture configuration, and permitting requirements.

Unobstructed sightlines to the Hollywood Hills, Hollywood sign, Capitol Records Tower, and the Hollywood Tower Hotel. One of the most iconic backdrops in the city.

SHADE & COVERAGE

Louvered metal pergola canopy provides adjustable shade across the terrace. Built-in heaters are integrated into the canopy areas. Ideal for daytime events and golden hour shoots.

FURNISHINGS

White round tables, black chairs, wooden bench seating, and patio heaters available on site. Custom furniture configurations available upon request.

ART & DESIGN

Original rose mural art across the terrace walls. Succulent garden beds throughout. Designed as a destination space, not just a rooftop.

ACCESS

Accessible via building lobby and elevator.

AMENITIES

One gender-neutral bathroom on the rooftop level, which is wheelchair accessible. For additional restrooms, guests can walk down one flight of stairs to the third floor for three men's and three women's stalls. Space is available for storing food and drink. Climate is fully outdoor so plan accordingly for your event season.

ELECTRICITY

Three separate dedicated 240V 50-amp outlets with access to the breaker box. A wide variety of 110V GFI outlets throughout the rooftop patio with direct access to breakers.

FAQS

The rooftop is subject to City of Los Angeles noise ordinance. Our standard practice is to bring down the volume at 12 AM with a hard stop at 1 AM. Our team will advise on specific curfew requirements for your event during the booking process.

The rooftop is fully outdoor. Clients are responsible for weather contingency planning. Our team can advise on cancellation terms at the time of booking.

Yes. We have a full audio kit available for rental for your DJ to plug into, unless your DJ provides their own setup. Live music is also allowed, subject to noise ordinance hours.

Yes. The fee is nominal and you can book it through eventhelper.com, which many of our guests use. Your venue rep will advise on who needs to be added to the Certificate of Insurance (COI).

Outside catering is welcome. Your vendor must be approved by the venue rep and provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI). A cleaning fee of $250 will be assessed if the space is not cleaned up upon departure, confirmed during a post-event walk-through.

We provide a 15-minute grace period before and after your booking window. Any time beyond that is prorated in 15-minute increments.

There is one elevator accessible through the parking structure for guests and service. Capacity is approximately 12 persons with a load rating of 3,500 lbs. For larger events, we offer the option to have guests use a second elevator to the third floor, where an on-site concierge will escort them via the stairwell to the rooftop, helping move larger groups up more efficiently.

No open flame is allowed on the rooftop.

Yes. Specific restrictions apply depending on whether you are hosting a private party with a paid bar or providing alcohol as part of your event. Fire marshal representatives may be required on site depending on the details of your event. Our team will walk you through requirements during the booking process.
