An intimate private screening room with tiered seating, surround sound, and a full-scale cinema screen. Ideal for film premieres, private screenings, keynote presentations, and exclusive events.

36 with couch setup, 94 with black folding chairs.

4K digital projector with Dolby Atmos.

HOW TO CONNECT

Connect via HDMI, Apple TV, AirPlay, DCP, or DVD. A PlayStation 5 is also available on site.

SEATING

Tiered modular couch seating with ottomans, configurable for screening or presentation layouts. Couch seating can be removed and replaced with black folding chairs to increase guest capacity. Chair rental is $12 each and includes setup and removal. To reach 94 guests, you would rent 58 additional chairs as 36 black chairs are included at no extra cost.

ACCESS

Two points of entry: through the building lobby and elevator, or via a dedicated entrance off Vine Street through the private patio. The private patio can also be booked at a bundled rate for your screening or event.

AMENITIES

The theater includes a lobby, climate control, and blackout curtains throughout. An adjacent green room is available upon request. Bathrooms are easily accessible, and there is dedicated space for storing food and drink.

FAQS

Absolutely. We provide a number of ways to connect. If you don't have a DCP we make it easy via HDMI or AirPlay. You can also log into your account and stream through Apple TV or the PS5 on site.

Outside catering is welcome. Your vendor must be approved by the venue rep and provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI). Please note a cleaning fee of $145 will be assessed if the space is not cleaned up upon departure, confirmed during a post-event walk-through.

Yes. The fee is nominal and you can book it through eventhelper.com, which many of our guests use. Your venue rep will advise on who needs to be added to the Certificate of Insurance (COI).

You should factor setup and breakdown into your booking window. It typically takes about 15 minutes to get everything situated with your content. Breakdown time depends on how you activated the space and your screening details, which we can confirm during the booking process.

Depending on your event, you may need one, but in most cases we simply require a credit card on file to cover any potential damages.

We provide a 15-minute grace period before and after your booking window. Any time beyond that is prorated in 15-minute increments.

Parking is coordinated through Proper Parking on your behalf. Availability is subject to Proper Parking's discretion on each event date. To arrange parking for your guests or vendors, let your venue rep know at the time of booking. For full details, see our Parking Information guide.
