1800vine.com is operated by Great Grand Wonderful, Inc. ("GGW"), a California corporation that manages the event venue located at 1800 Vine St., Los Angeles, CA 90028, on behalf of the property owners. GGW is a separate legal entity from We Are Huckleberry, Inc. This Privacy Policy explains how GGW collects, uses, and protects information gathered through this website.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly through our contact form, which asks for:
- Inquiry type (Booking Request, Tour/Walk-Thru, Activation, Production, Sponsorship/Advertising, or General Questions)
- Your name
- Phone number
- Email address
- A free-text message describing your inquiry
We do not collect payment information through this website. Payments, when applicable, are handled separately through GGW's invoicing process.
We also collect certain information automatically through analytics tools, as described in Section 5 below.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information you submit to:
- Respond to your inquiry
- Confirm bookings and provide venue access information
- Send transactional SMS messages related to your booking or inquiry (see Section 4)
- Follow up after a booking is completed
- Analyze website traffic and optimize our advertising campaigns (see Section 5)
We do not use your information for unrelated marketing purposes, and we do not sell your data.
4. SMS Communications
GGW may send SMS messages to phone numbers you provide in connection with your inquiry or booking. All SMS communications are strictly transactional in nature, including: booking confirmations, venue access codes, inquiry follow-ups, and post-booking thank-you messages. GGW does not send promotional or marketing text messages.
You may consent to receive transactional SMS messages from GGW by: (1) submitting the contact form at 1800vine.com/contact, which includes an SMS opt-in disclosure at the time of submission; or (2) texting our numbers at (424) 655-2357 or (323) 205-5450 directly, which constitutes consent to receive a reply. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and booking activity.
To stop receiving messages, reply STOP at any time. For help, reply HELP or contact us at privacy@greatgrandwonderful.com. Standard carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
GGW does not initiate unsolicited outbound text contact. All SMS communication begins only after you have reached out to us first. Phone numbers collected for SMS communications are not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Analytics and Cookies
This website uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to collect anonymized data about how visitors use the site. This data helps us understand traffic patterns and measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns, including campaigns run through Google Ads. GA4 may use cookies and similar technologies to collect this information.
Google's use of data collected through GA4 is governed by Google's Privacy Policy, available at policies.google.com/privacy.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your information with third parties for their marketing purposes. We share your data only with the following service providers, and only to the extent necessary to operate this website and respond to your inquiries:
- Google LLC: for website analytics and advertising measurement (GA4 and Google Ads)
- Twilio Inc.: for SMS delivery only, when you have provided a phone number and GGW sends transactional messages
These providers are bound by their own privacy policies and are not permitted to use your information for any purpose beyond delivering their respective services to us.
7. Data Retention
We retain the information you submit for a reasonable period necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, including responding to your inquiry, completing any resulting booking, and maintaining records for legal and accounting purposes. When that purpose has been fulfilled and no legal obligation requires further retention, we will delete or de-identify the data.
8. California Residents: Your CCPA Rights
If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):
- Right to Know: You may request information about the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources of that information, the purposes for which we use it, and any third parties with whom we share it.
- Right to Delete: You may request that we delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions required by law.
- Right to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing: We do not sell your personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. There is nothing to opt out of, but we are disclosing this plainly as required.
