SMS messages are sent by Great Grand Wonderful, Inc. ("GGW"), a California corporation that manages the event venue at 1800 Vine St., Los Angeles, CA 90028. Messages are sent from (424) 655-2357.

By opting in, you may receive the following types of SMS messages:

  • Booking confirmations and event details
  • Follow-up responses to your venue inquiry
  • Venue access notifications and day-of updates
  • Responses to questions you have submitted

We do not send promotional or marketing messages. All messages are transactional and sent in direct response to your inquiry or booking.

  1. Contact Form: When submitting an inquiry at www.1800vine.com/contact/, check the SMS consent checkbox before submitting. The checkbox is unchecked by default and reads:

    "I agree to receive transactional SMS messages from 1800 Vine (booking confirmations, inquiry follow-ups, and venue updates) at the phone number provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help."

You will not receive SMS messages unless you have explicitly checked this box and submitted the form.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. You will only receive messages that are directly related to your inquiry or active booking. We do not send recurring or scheduled promotional messages.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

How to Opt Out

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from (424) 655-2357. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.
