CAPACITY
Up to 600 guests. Capacity can increase significantly when combined with adjacent spaces such as the Main Room and the Vine St. Patio. Contact us for configuration details based on your event.
VIEWS
Direct sightlines to the Capitol Records Tower and the Hollywood skyline. The reflective glass facade of the building frames the terrace and amplifies the surrounding Hollywood landscape.
FURNISHINGS
Depending upon availability, long wooden dining tables with black chairs, round white pedestal tables, ornamental grass planters, and large black cantilever umbrellas. Glass railings border the terrace perimeter.
GREENERY
Ornamental grasses, yucca, agave, and desert succulents throughout the terrace and the triangular street-level garden at the corner of Vine and Yucca. One of the most distinctively landscaped corners in Hollywood.
ACCESS
Accessible via building lobby and elevator. The Yucca St. Patio can be booked at a bundled rate with the Vine St. Patio or as part of the Main Floor for larger events.

Yes. The Yucca St. Patio is fully outdoor with cantilever umbrella shading available. Clients are responsible for weather contingency planning. Our team can advise on cancellation terms at the time of booking.
Yes. The Yucca St. Patio can be booked at a bundled rate with the Vine St. Patio, or as part of the Main Floor for larger events where both patios are included in the day rate. Ask your venue rep about bundle options.
Outside catering is welcome. Your vendor must be approved by the venue rep and provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI). A cleaning fee of $225 will be assessed if the space is not cleaned up upon departure, confirmed during a post-event walk-through.
No. Smoking is prohibited on the Yucca St. Patio.

Yes. The fee is nominal and you can book it through eventhelper.com, which many of our guests use. Your venue rep will advise on who needs to be added to the Certificate of Insurance (COI).
We provide a 15-minute grace period before and after your booking window. Any time beyond that is prorated in 15-minute increments.
A credit card on file is required for all bookings. Depending on the nature and scale of your event, a defined security deposit amount will be determined and communicated before booking is confirmed.
