CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation and rescheduling terms, including applicable deadlines, fees, and conditions, are specific to each event and are set forth in the applicable Exhibit attached to your Venue Agreement. Client acknowledges that cancellation and rescheduling terms vary by event type, date, and rental package, and agrees to be bound by the terms confirmed in the Exhibit at the time of contract execution.

Notwithstanding the above, all deposits paid under this Agreement are non-refundable in all circumstances unless expressly stated otherwise in the applicable Exhibit or as required under the Force Majeure provision of this Agreement. All cancellation notices must be submitted in writing to GGW (Great Grand Wonderful).
