CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE (COI)

Before starting any work at the property, your vendor needs to provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) meeting the following requirements.

Required Coverage

  • Workers' Compensation: Per California law, plus Employer's Liability at $1,000,000
  • General Liability: $2,000,000 per occurrence
  • Auto Liability: $1,000,000 (owned, non-owned, and hired vehicles)

Other Requirements

  • Carrier must be rated A-VIII or better
  • COI must include 30-day cancellation notice
  • Additional insured endorsement pages must be attached

Where to Submit

Submit your COI to your Great Grand Wonderful representative via email. Confirmation of reception will be provided.

Subcontractors

Subcontractors carry lower limits and fewer coverage types. The following requirements apply.

  • Commercial General Liability: $1,000,000 per occurrence (including products/completed operations)
  • Automobile Liability: $1,000,000 combined single limit
  • Workers' Compensation: Statutory plus $1,000,000 Employer's Liability
  • Cancellation Notice: 30 days
  • Carrier Rating: A-VIII or better
  • Umbrella Policy: Not required
  • Property Insurance: Not required
  • Excess Liability: Not required
