RESERVATION AND PAYMENT TERMS

1. First Come, First to Contract

All reservations are offered strictly on a first-come, first-to-contract basis. No date will be held, blocked, or considered reserved without a fully executed Agreement and receipt of the required deposit. Verbal or email expressions of interest do not constitute a reservation.

2. Deposit

A non-refundable deposit as specified in the applicable Exhibit is due upon execution of this Agreement. The deposit is applied toward the total Rental Fee.

3. Balance Due

The payment schedule, including balance due dates and any applicable fees, is set forth in the applicable Exhibit. GGW reserves the right to cancel the reservation if payment is not received by the due date specified in the Exhibit.

4. Late Payments

Amounts not received by the applicable due date will accrue interest at 1.5% per month (18% per annum) from the date due. Client shall also be responsible for all reasonable costs of collection, including attorneys' fees.

5. Accepted Payment Methods

Payment may be made by check, ACH, or wire transfer as approved in writing by GGW. Checks payable to: Great Grand Wonderful. If payment is made by credit card or via Stripe checkout, a 3.5% convenience fee will be added to the total invoice.
