  5. What third-party vendors are you planning to bring in?
  6. Will there be alcohol? If yes, will it be for sale or provided as an open bar at no additional cost to guests?
  7. Will there be guests under 21? Under 18?
  8. Overall description of the event
  9. Do you need prepaid parking?

Cleaning and security needs will be determined with a full understanding of the scope of service with your booking.

Run of Show: If you can provide one with your booking request, it helps tremendously. One will be required prior to the day of your booking.
